14-Day Change-of-Mind Guarantee

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be returned in good condition and, where reasonably possible, with its original packaging and included accessories.

Please contact us before returning an item. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs or a short video so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved change-of-mind returns under our 14-day guarantee, Yard & Home Direct will cover reasonable return shipping costs where we have requested that the item be returned.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we will meet our obligations regarding reasonable return costs.
